At Epic Yatra, we understand that travel plans can change due to unexpected reasons. Our cancellation policy is designed to be simple and fair for all pilgrims. We aim to offer clarity and support whenever a booking needs to be changed or cancelled.

• Cancellation before 30 days of travel: 80% refund of the total package cost.
• Cancellation between 15 to 29 days of travel: 50% refund of the total package cost.
• Cancellation between 7 to 14 days of travel: 25% refund of the total package cost.
• Cancellation within 7 days of travel: No refund will be provided.

Note: Charges for hotels, transport, or any government fees already paid to vendors are non-refundable. Refunds are processed within 7–10 working days. Date changes and rescheduling depend on availability and vendor terms.
